When an intimate video of Olimpia Coral is shared without her consent, the young Mexican woman tries to report it, only to discover that the crime committed against her does not even have a name. There is no law to protect her, no word for what has happened to her. Out of this void, her fight begins. The documentary tells the story of how Coral turns her own experience into a legal battle, until she achieves what once seemed impossible: a law that bears her name. Today, the “Ley Olimpia” is the legislation that criminalizes digital violence in Mexico, and it has become a model for similar laws in other Latin American countries.
